Work Schedule global settings
At the bottom of the Work Schedule page are a series of global settings that can be set to specify the maximum amount of time an employee can be scheduled for in a single day, the ability to copy a work schedule between specific dates, and the ability to add a specific employee to the Work Schedule for an allotted amount of time.
The Grace Period determines how much time the employee has after their scheduled shift to clock in. By default is set to 0 minutes.
Maximum Clock In Duration specifies how many hours the employee is allowed to stay clocked in before they are automatically clocked out after the allotted time. By default is set to 0 hours.
The Copy function will copy the specified number of days' work schedule that starts with the assigned schedule and ends on the specified day. For example, if we choose to copy 7 days' worth of work from the schedule, we must ensure the first day we choose has employee work schedules defined for it. We can then set the date ranges from the first day the schedule is made to the last day it is expected to continue, copying every 7 days exactly alike. If we were to change the amount of days to 3 or 10, for example, then it would repeat the assigned work schedule for every 3 or 10 days up to the specified end date.
Head Attendants will allow you to remove the selected employee from being a ‘Head attendant' on the Work Schedule.
This dropdown menu allows you to add a chosen employee to the ‘Head attendant’ list.
