  1. Tap power as described in the document by connecting theC-5336Power Adapter Harnessto the power distribution panel inside the machine.

    1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

    2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and brown wire to L2.

    3. Secure the green wire beneath the ground screw.

  2. Connect the opposite end of theC-5336Power Adapter Harnessto theC-5602R1Power Converter.

  3. Connect theC-5500Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on theC-5602R1Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

  1. Feed the harness ends through thecoin vault opening and then through the circular opening in theC-6602Vault Mount Bracket.

  2. Spread theC-6602Vault Mount Bracketwings outward and then insert theC-6602Vault Mount Bracketinto thecoin vault.

  3. Feed the harness ends through the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket and C-6601 Spacer Plate.

  4. Secure theC-5414F2 Mounting Bracketand C-6601 Spacer Plate to theC-6939 Vault Mount Bracket with theC-0144Screws.

  5. Install theC-5710 Rubber Grommetinto the circular opening of the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracketand C-6601Spacer Plate.

  6. Remove any existing coin drop.

  7. Mount the C-0926 Drop Cover and secure in place with C-1044N Nuts.

  1. Tap power as described in the document using theC-5101 Spade Taps provided.
  2. Connect theC-5336 Power Adapter Harness to the installed spade taps-BluetoBlack and BrowntoRed. Secure the green ground terminal under the bolt on top of the washer drum.
  3. Connect the opposite end of theC-5336Power Adapter Harnessto theC-5602 Power Converter.
  4. Connect theC-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on theC-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

Connect and Mount Reader

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in the F2/F3: FasCard Reader Mounting Guide.
  2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  3. Connect the free end of the Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  4. Connect the free end of the C-5500 Power Harness to port 1.
  5. Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in the FasCard Mounting Guide.
