Install Mounting Hardware

  • Place the C-5700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  • Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

    1. Remove coin drop and coin box.

    2. Insert the C-5771 Metercase Bracket over the front of the metercase. Attach using the C-0303 Topload Mounting Bolt from the inside of the metercase.

    3. Optional: Apply the C-5027 Label on or near the card reader for any accepted credit card issuers.

    1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

    2. Insert C-0911 Metercase Bracket into the metercase and secure using the C-0301 Topload Mounting Bolt.

    3. Attach reader to C-0911 Metercase Bracket using C-0141 Screws once all harnesses are connected.

    4. Cover mounting screw holes using C-0015 Cover Label.

  • Place the C-6700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  • Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  • Run reader harnesses through the metercase and out the opening where the coin mechanism was mounted.

    • Attach the C-5414 Reader Bracket to the C-6911 Metercase Bracket using (2)C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

  • Run reader harnesses through the circular opening in the C-6911 Metercase Bracket.

  • Insert C-6911 Metercase Bracket into the metercase and secure using the C-0303 Topload Mounting Bolt.

    1. Tap the incoming AC power wires using the C-5101 Spade Taps.

      1. For 120v models: L1, N, and Ground wires

    2. Connect the three wires from the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to theC-5101 Spade Taps.

      1. Connect the Blue wire to the L1 tap.

      2. Connect the Brown wire to the N tap.

      3. Connect the Green/Yellow wire to the Ground tap.

    3. Connect the 3-pin connector from the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the matching connector on the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

    4. Connect the 4-pin connector from the C-5602R1 Power Converter to the matching connector on the C-5500 Power Extension Harness.

    5. Run the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the reader mounting location.
