  1. Place the C-6700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  2. Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  3. Refer to FasCard Mounting Guide for further instructions.

  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Bridge the Coin Vault Switch connections using C-5365 Bypass Harness.

  3. Attach C-5760-A Alliance Adapter Bracket to C-6762 Metercase Bracket.

  4. Attach the C-5414 Mounting Bracket to C-6762 Metercase Bracket using the (2)C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

  5. Mount C-6762 Metercase Bracket into the front of the metercase, inserting the two studs through the coin slot openings.

    1. Secure to the metercase using (2) C-1059 Kep Nuts and (2) C-1070-W Washers.

  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Attach C-5760-A Alliance Adapter Bracket to C-6760 Metercase Bracket.

  3. Attach the C-5414 Mounting Bracket to C-6760 Metercase Bracket using the (2)C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.

  4. Mount C-6760 Metercase Bracket into the front of the metercase, inserting the two studs through the coin slot openings.

    1. Secure to the metercase using (2) C-1059 Kep Nuts and (2) C-1070-W Washers

Place C-5763 TWL Bracketin the intended mounting location. Using the bracket, mark the location of all four mounting holes

Drill a hole at each marked location using a3/16" drill bit.
Attach C-5414 Mounting Bracketto the front of C-5763 using the(2)C-5420 10-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.
Mount the C-5763 TLW Bracketusing four using the(2)C-542010-32 x 1/4 Pan Screws.and fasten from the inside of the panel.

  1. Connect the C-6204-40 12VDC Power Harness to the H10 Connection on the Machine Control Assembly.

    1. Connect the green wire to a chassis ground.

  2. The remaining end (3-pin molex) connects directly to the rear of the F2 Reader.

  1. Connect the 2-pin connector from the C-6207 F2, ACA Power Harness to the 24v transformer behind the front control panel.

  2. The remaining end (3-pin molex) connects directly to the rear of the F2 FasCard Reader.

  1. Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document by connecting the C-5336 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine.

    1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

    2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to L2.

    3. Secure the green wire to the ground screw.

  2. Connect the opposite end of the C-5336 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

  3. Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602R1 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole.

  2. (Hybrid Coin Slide Controls Only) Connect the free end of the C-5256 Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  3. (ACA/Titanium Controls Only) Connect the free end of the C-5240 Machine Start Harness to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  4. (Coin and Card Install Only) Connect the free end of the C-6250 or C-6253 Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
