As of LaundryCard v8.3.3, the system includes a feature that will automatically export Card and Transact Transaction data for retrieval.
What
Data is exported as a pipe "|" delimited text (.txt) file and then archived (.zip) to save space. The following data is exported:
- Card table: Includes all cards within the system. Saved as Card.zip.
- Transact table (daily): Includes transactions for the entire day. Is It is saved as Transact_YYYYMMDD.zip.
- Transact table (retention): Includes all transactions within the retention period. Saved It is saved as Transact.zip.

NOTE: When the export initially runs, the daily export Transact_YYYYMMDD.zip is only exported for the previous day. However the retention export Transact.zip will always include all transactions within the retention period. |

The data export occurs every day at 1:00 AM.
Select the Data Retention

days
This setting controls how long daily Transact_YYYYMMDD.zip archives are kept and how many days worth of transactions to include in the retention file. The default is 30 days.
Insert your Manager card.
Select System Setup.
Select General Info.
Set the number of days next to Data Export Retention.
Access
The files can be retrieved by accessing a read-only share on either X-Changer. Please contact CCI for the user credentials.
