This screen allows user to add, edit, and remove tasks. It is possible to set a 'One Time' task by accessing the Pending Employee Tasks screen from the Managers menu.
Select Scheduling
Select Employee Tasks (Duties) Schedule
Below the existing list of scheduled tasks, complete the information for a new task, and click "Add".
Field | Description |

Task Description | Description of the task |
Frequency | How often the task should be completed |
Day of the Month | The day of the month the task should be completed |
Day of the Week | The day of the week the task should be completed |
Every # of Hours | The time between the task to be completed |
Start and End Time | The Time-frame the task should be completed within. |
