Wash to Win is also an excellent card retention program. For customers who have low balances, they will be encouraged to keep their card as the points stored on the card will be lost if discarded. Follow the steps below to set up the Wash to Win program.
Wash to Win setup
Select Marketing from the main menu.

Enter the information for the Wash to Win promotion, then click Save. (You must also select which equipment needs to be used by the customer to earn the Wash to Win points by selecting the Wash to Win Equip Setup button. Follow the steps below to complete the equipment setup.)
Wash to Win Equipment Setup
Only machines that 'Allow Points' will allow customers to earn points towards the Wash to Win program. In most cases only washers should be configured to issue points.

Check the box under Earn Points next to the machine you want customers to use in order to earn points towards the Wash to Win program. Then click Save.
Wash to Win Analysis
This report will show a summary of how many points have been earned and converted, as well as the amount of bonus dollars that have been awarded, used, and that are still available.
