- Only one coupon program can be active at a time
- When a discount percent is awarded, it does not appear on the Card Details page.
- For "Code Required" to apply, users MUST have Either or Both "Apply to Existing Cards" and/or "Apply to New Cards" Enabled for the "Enter Coupon" tab to become available when a customer inserts their card.
- If "Code Required" is unchecked but either "Apply to Existing Cards" and/or "Apply to New Cards" is checked on, the coupon will apply automatically.
- If you do NOT put your card into the X-Changer after the purchase, the 10% or ( whatever discount) is not applied until you do. You must put your card into the X-Changer for it to apply the discount. Even if the box for "Must Enter Code" is unchecked.
