Insert the Manager Card into the Reader
Select the Cards option from the Manager's Main Menu:

The Card types are always listed by the default permissions type, like Technician, Manager, Attendant, etc. See Default Permission Settings and Functions to see the entire list of default permissions for each employee role.
To change permissions for a particular employee, select the 12-digit Card Number:

On the left, under Main Menu, you must select a hierarchy hierarchic category for anything under the other columns to show on the employee's welcome screen. For example, checking the Cards Button will allow anything under the Cards column to show on the employee's screen. If you only check a box under one of the other columns, but do NOT select the corresponding hierarchic category under the Main Menu, your selection will not appear on the employee's welcome screen.
