Get a new card using cash

Follow these steps to purchase a new LaundryCard.To purchase a new card

1. From the Home Screen, select English or Espanol on the X-Changer touch screen to choose your desired language.

2. Select the option Get a new card from the menu.

3. Insert cash.

4. After each bill is entered, the screen shows how much money is on your card.  **There may be a deposit required to dispense a card.  If so, it will display

...

1. under the balance.
2. Select Dispense Card and your new card will be dispensed.

3. Take your new card from the dispenser

4. When you insert your new card into the reader, your card's main menu will appear

Get a new card using a credit card

In some locations it may be possible to use your credit card to purchase a new card. If this feature is available, then you will see an option on the screen that you may select to use a credit card. Once this option is selected, you will be guided through swiping your credit card, entering a value to transfer, and processing the transaction. A receipt may be available from a remote printer in the store.  See the store attendant for the location of the receipt printer, or follow the onscreen instructions.

3. Enter the amount you wish to add to the card.
