An Owner and Manager have the ability to set permissions for all employees, including other Managers.  Only the Owners and Managers can set permissions.  No other employee can set permissions.

Manager - Main Menu

The Manager's Main Menu can look exactly the same as an Owner's if the Owner has given the Manager the same permissions, with the exception of including an option to clock in our out.
