The Coupon program is designed to allow users to configure preset coupon codes that when customer enter them on the X-Changers they are rewarded with the designated discount or bonus. See customer functions guide for more information on how to apply a coupon.
Select MARKETING from your main menu.
Select COUPONS.
Enter the Coupon program details. Once you have entered the details of the program, click Save. .
The newly created coupon will show at the top of the list.
To clear the current program and add a new program click click Add New Program button. button and begin entering the information for the next coupon.

-Only one coupon program can be active at a time -When a discount percent is awarded, it does not appear on the Card Details page. - If you do NOT put your card into the xchanger X-Changer after the purchase, the 10% or ( whatever discount) is not applied until you do. You must put put your card into the Xchanger X-Changer for it to apply the discount. Even if the box for must enter code "Must Enter Code" is unchecked. |
