To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have ASSIGN FROM ESCROW-ADVANCED selected under CARDS in permission settings. When a customer attempts to purchase a new card, and the card fails to be scanned by the X-Changer, the system will attempt to alert the customer to re-insert their card in order to apply the proper credit. If the customer does not insert their card within 2 minutes of the dispense, the system will store the value of the purchase in what is called Escrow.
