Claiming an Available Prize

These prizes are created by the store Owner/Manager.  Please click this link to learn how to configure prizes:  Configure Prize Packages.

A Customer must have used their card to acquire the necessary points to claim the prize.  Once the points are acquired, a "SELECT" button is available for redeeming claiming the prize for which they qualify.

Select "SELECT" on the prize you wish to claim.

Click "OK" to confirm you want the prize.
