| Title | The Name of the Prize Package you want to create |
| Description | Details about the prize package being created |
| Select File to Upload | Add a picture to accompany the prize package being created |
| Upload/Delete Image | Upload the image you want to accompany the prize package created or delete the image |
| Points Required? | The number of points required for a customer to redeem the prize. |
| Status | The prize package is either active or not active |
| Quantity? | The number of prizes awarded to the customer |
| Priority? | Where this prize falls on the list of prizes configured |
