Wash to Win is also an excellent card retention program, as customer .  For customers who have low balances, they will be encouraged to not discard keep their card as the points stored on the card will be lost if discarded.  Follow the steps below to set up the Wash to Win program.

Wash to Win setup

Select Marketing from the main menu.

Select Wash to Win.  (Wash to Win will only show if the program is enabled in Settings under Marketing.)

Enter the information for the Wash to Win promotion, then click Save.  (You must also select which equipment needs to be used by the customer to earn the Wash to Win points by selecting the Wash to Win Equip Setup button.  Follow the steps below to complete the equipment setup.)

Only machines that 'Allow Points' will reward customersallow customers to earn points towards the Wash to Win program.  In most cases only washers should be configured to issue points.
