To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have EMPLOYEE TASKS SCHEDULEhave SCHEDULED TASK SETUP selected under SCHEDULING in permission settings .  Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.  See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

Configurable The Scheduled Task Setup allows a Store Owner/Manager to configure a task list of responsibilities to be addressed in the store.  These tasks can be scheduled to repeat on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.  Each task can be added, edited, and removed as needed.  Pending tasks appear on attendants screens an employee's screen and give the employee the ability to 'Complete' the task in the system. The tasks can be reviewed for completion using the Attendant Duties Report.

This screen allows user to add, edit, and remove tasks.   It is  It is also possible to set a 'One Time' task by accessing the Pending Employee Tasks screen from the Managers menu.  To set up scheduled tasks, follow the instructions below.

Select Scheduling.

Select Employee Tasks (Duties) ScheduleImage RemovedScheduled Task Setup.

Below the existing list of scheduled tasks, complete the information for a new task, and click "Add".
