To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have PENDING TASKS selected under SCHEDULING in permission settings .  Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.  See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

The Pending Tasks screen shows the activities for employees that have been scheduled for that day and need to be completed.  These are one time tasks.  These tasks show for any employee who has pending tasks selected in their permission settings. Scheduled by the Manager, these pending tasks can be one time tasks or reoccurring tasks that repeat on a scheduled basis.  As an Employee, if a blue bar appears at the top of the screen, then this indicates a scheduled task is pending and requires completion.  The Employee inserts his/her card and selects Scheduling, then Scheduled Tasks from the their menu to view tasks that should be completed.
