Select Scheduled Task Setup.
At the bottom of the existing list of scheduled recurring tasks, complete the information for a new task, and click "Add". Edit or delete the task as needed. These recurring tasks will show up in pending tasks only within the date, frequency, and time frame stipulated in the task. Once outside their date, frequency, and time frame, they will disappear from the pending tasks list.
