When configuring/editing messages, designate which column is desired for a description to appear. Column 1 is the left column and Column 2 is the right column. Follow the steps below to configure technician solutions.
Insert your card.
Select SYSTEM SETUP.
Select TECHNICIAN SOLUTIONS. A pre-populated list of solutions will appear.
To add a new solution, enter the information into the fields at the bottom of the list. The chart of field descriptions are below. Click "Add".
The corresponding columns 1 and 2 are displayed below when selecting a reason for repairing a machine.
