Owners have the ability to create prizes and coupons as incentives to customers. This page will explain how a customer can redeem those prizes or coupons. |

If coupons or prizes are available, customers will see them in their account overview on the Available Prizes tab.
Claiming an Available Prize
These prizes are created by the store Owner/Manager. Please click this link to learn how to configure prizes: Prize Packages Setup.
Follow the steps below to claim a prize.
- Insert your customer card and select AVAILABLE PRIZES.
- A Customer must have used their card to acquire the necessary points to claim the prize (If the prize is configured as such). Once the points are acquired, a "SELECT" button is available for claiming the prize for which they qualify.
- Select "SELECT" on the prize you wish to claim.
- Click "OK" to confirm you want the prize.
- The customer must see the store Owner/Manager or other employee to collect the prize.
- Click "CONTINUE" to return to your account overview.

Redeeming a Coupon
To redeem a coupon, you may need to ask the Store Owner/Manager for the coupon code.
- Once received, enter the code under the Enter Coupon
- Click Submit.
- After entering the code, the coupon information will appear like below, and the additional $1 will be added to your card.
- Click "CONTINUE" to return to your Account Overview.
