The LaundryCard system uses Verifone PCCharge Payment Server v5.9.3 for credit card processing. The following requirements must be met to accept credit cards on a LaundryCard system.a

- Only stores running the latest LaundryCard software are eligible for new credit card setups or existing merchant changes.
- If accepting credit cards on a separate Point of Sale system other than the X-Changers, a second terminal ID is required.
- There is a $250 charge for all merchant service transfers, regardless of terminal amount per store.
- Certain credit card merchants will require PC Charge to run "SSL Certificate" Version 5.10, but the newest compatible version is 5.9.3.
- Either an upgrade to Version 8 or switching to merchant PayPros (PPI) will be the alternative.
- Version 8 upgraded stores will need an Authorize.net account, and CCI can help with this process.
