- Insert the Managers Card
- Choose System Setup.
- Choose Card Reader Setup.
The system will give you a warning. Click on Continue. All readers will be shut down. This may take up to 60 seconds.
Click Add New Equip Type
Enter all the equipment types that are in the store including any vending and doors. You only need to enter the equipment once for each type of machine.
Click the Back button when finished entering all machines.
Click the Machine Config Button.
This is the Machine Overview Page. This page sets the equipment to the correct machine number and the correct Line the machine is on.
Click on the first machine.
Complete the fields on this page:
On the Add New Equipment Type page, you will be presented with several fields to complete.
You must click Save and Next after each Equipment Type has been entered or it will not save the setup previously entered.
The Control type of the equipment you are installing (Found in the Installation Guides Website).
The type of equipment you are installing. If an MLV control is chosen, the system will automatically fill this in. If a Single-Vend option is chosen, you will need to change the number to the correct one for the equipment type.
This is the number of free dries a customer will receive from the washer if the option in requested by the Owner.
If the Owner is going to allow bonus money to be used to start the machine, this option should be checked.
If the Owner is going to allow discounts to be used to start the machine, this option should be checked.
This is the hour start of when the machine will be usable
This is when the machine will be disabled. Usually ½ hour before the store closes.

You must click Save and Next after each Equipment Type has been entered or it will not save the setup you just entered. Pay close attention to the line number that the equipment is on. Also remember dryers start at 101. |
Click the Back Button.
Click Done.
Your equipment should be ready to start. At this time if the information was entered correctly the readers will start to download the appropriate firmware. This may take some time.
If the readers complete the download and the readers continue to say, “See Attendant”, there may be an error in the configuration and the equipment setup should be checked for accuracy. If the issue persists, Contact CCI technical Support.
