Make sure there are no red lines indicating DB or CSV backup failure before rebooting. If so, please contact CCI support immediately.When working on the system network, transactions may slow down for customers. |
- Make sure you have the rear (front on some LITE systems) open on both cabinets.
- Starting with X-Changer A, locate the network device power plug.
- Remove power from this device for 10-15 seconds then reconnect power.
Give the system 60 seconds to sync.
- Proceed to X-Changer B and locate the network device power plug - repeat step 3.
Return to the front - side of the X-Changers and insert a card.
Both systems should take the card with Test: buy a new card and insert existing cards on both X-Changers to verify there are no errors.
