Open the inbox for the email address that you use to log into Facebook (this is the account you use to manage your business page)
Find the email from notification@facebookmail.com titled CCI Marketing Service - CMS requested access to your business's page.
Click the button that says Review Request in Business Manager.
Agree to allow access
