My Activity

To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have MY CARD ACTIVITY selected under CARDS in permission settings.  Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.  See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

For the Managers/Employees that have Card Permissions and My Card Activity selected, this screen will show the most recent card activity at the top of the list. Time, date, machine number, transaction amount, and account balance are all available

on this screen.  A filter is also available to narrow down transaction results.

  1. From the Main Menu, select Cards.

  3. My Activity View will display all of your card activity.

FieldDescription
Date/TimeDate and time of transaction
Transaction TypeDescription of the type of action that took place (This can include any act from refunding money, dispensing cards, or machine configuration.)
Machine IDThe X-Changer where the transaction took place
AmountThe amount of the transaction
BalanceThe amount that's currently on your card when the transaction took place
