This function allows the user to reset the running programs on the X-Changer without needing access to the keyboard and mouse. This is not the same as restarting the computer. The computer will always be running throughout this process

How to Perform a Screen Reset

To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have SCREEN RESET selected under MAINTENANCE in permission settings .  Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.  See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

  1. Insert your card.
  2. Select Maintenance from the main menu.

  3. Select Screen Reset.

  4. Select Reboot X-Changer A or B, whichever X-Changer you want to reboot.

  5. You'll receive a message asking if you're sure you want to reset X-Changer A.  Select OK.

  6. The X-Changer A will reset itself.
