  • Only stores running the latest LaundryCard software are eligible for new credit card setups or existing merchant changes.
  • If accepting credit cards on a separate Point of Sale system other than the X-Changers, a second terminal id ID is required.
  • There is a $250 charge for all merchant service transfers, regardless of terminal amount per store.
  • Certain credit card merchants that ask to upgrade the PC-Charge Software to Version 5.10 will not work. It requires a SSL Certificate and Laundry Card does not use this method. Currently will require PC Charge to run "SSL Certificate" Version 5.10, but the newest compatible version is 5.9.3 (PC-Charge) will only work with Laundry Card. Your other option you can upgrade to Version 8.
  • Either an upgrade to Version 8 or switching to merchant PayPros (PPI) will be the alternative.
  • Version 8 upgraded stores will need an Authorize.net account, and CCI can help with this process.
