This function allows the user to reset the running programs on the X-Changer without needing access to the keyboard and mouse. This is not the same as restarting the computer. The computer will always be running throughout this process. Only ; only the programs are reset. This procedure can be performed on either X-Changer. Follow the below instructions to do a screen reset of the X-Changer. |

How to Perform a Screen Reset
To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have SCREEN RESET selected under MAINTENANCE in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
- Insert your card.
- Select Maintenance from the main menu.
- Select Screen Reset.
- Select Reboot X-Changer A or B, whichever X-Changer you want to reboot.
- You'll receive a message asking if you're sure you want to reset X-Changer A. Select OK.
- The X-Changer A will reset itself.
