  • Remove existing payment device and coin box.

    • Install the C-6925A Coin Vault Bracketin the coin vault. Line up the C-6925B Coin Vault Cover Bracketover the coin vault so the outer set of holes line up with the threaded holes on the C-6925A Coin Vault Bracket and attach with the C-57518-32 x 2-1/2" Phillips Screws.Use the (2) C-5420 10-32 x 1/4" Phillips Screwsto attach the C-5414 Reader Bracketto the C-6925BCoin Vault Cover Bracket.
  • Install the C-0913 Drop Cover into the coin drop opening. Secure in place using the (4) C-1062 4-40 Keps Nuts.
    • Apply C-5035 Labelonto the C-0913 Drop Cover.After connecting all harnesses to the reader, use the (2) C-5416 8-32 x 3/8" Torx Screws to attach the reader to the C-5414Reader Bracket.

    Tap power as described in the document by connecting the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine.

    1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

    2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to L2.

    3. Secure the green wire to the ground wire.

  • Connect the opposite end of the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.

  • Connect the C-5500-60 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602R1 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

    1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in the Touchscreen Reader Mounting Guide (F2 & F3).
    2. Connect the free end of the C-5369R1 Machine Start Harness to port 5 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
    3. Connect the free end of the C-6368 Coin Sense Harness to port 3 (Coin Sense Harness Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
    4. Connect the free end of the C-5500-60 Power Harness to port 1.
    5. Secure the FasCard reader to base as described in the Touchscreen Reader Mounting Guide (F2 & F3).
