Install Mounting Hardware

  • Place the C-5700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  • Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  • Refer to F1 FasCard Reader Mounting Guide for further instructions.

  • Refer to FasCard Mounting Guide for further instructions.Install the C-5702 Chase Nipple into the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracketusing the C-5703 Nut.
  • Feed the remaining harness ends through the open face of the Coin Vault.

  • Spread the C-6936 Vault Mount Bracket wings outward before insertion to lock bracket into place.

  • Feed remaining harness ends through the C-6936 Vault Mount Bracket.

  • Insert the C-6936 Vault Mount Bracket into the Coin Vault.

  • Feed the remaining harness ends through the combined C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket.

  • Secure the combined C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracketto the C-6939 Vault Mount Bracket with the C-0144 Screws.
  • Attach the C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket to the C-6602 Spacer Plate using the C-5702 Chase Nipple and the C-5703 Nut.

  • Feed the remaining harness ends through the open face of the Coin Vault.

  • Spread the C-6602 Vault Mount Bracket wings outward before insertion to lock bracket into place.

  • Feed remaining harness ends through the C-6602 Vault Mount Bracket.

  • Insert the C-6602 Vault Mount Bracket into the Coin Vault.

  • Feed the remaining harness ends through the combined C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracket.

  • Secure the combined C-5414 F2 Mounting Bracketto the C-6602 Vault Mount Bracket with the C-0144 Screws.
  • Place the C-6700-TEMP Drill Template on the desired mounting location.

  • Verify included harnesses will reach desired location without encountering interference from internal machine components.

  • Refer to FasCard Mounting Guide for further instructions.

    1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

    2. Install C-0963 Drop Cover into the coin drop opening. Secure using C-1062 Keps Nuts.

    3. Bend the side tabs of the C-0936 Bracket outward and install into the coin vault. The tabs should snap into place securing the bracket.

    4. Attach the C-0132 Standoffs to the Bracket.

    5. After connecting harnesses to the reader, attach to C-0936 Bracket using C-0141 Screws.

    6. Optional: Apply C-5027 Label on, or near the reader for any accepted credit card issuers.

    Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document by connecting the C-5338 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine or tapping as needed.
    1. 240vac- Connect Blue wire to the L1 tab, and the Brown wire to the L2 tab on the terminal block.

    2. Secure the green wire beneath the ground screw.

  • Connect the opposite end of the C-5338 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602 Power Converter.

  • Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.
