Remove coin box and coin slide. Install C-5771 Metercase Bracket and secure using C-0303 Topload Mounting Bolt.

Remove coin box and coin slide. Install C-5771 Metercase Bracket into the front opening of the metercase and secure using C-0303 Topload Mounting Bolt from the inside. After running the Cat5e cables and start harness through the front opening of the metercase bracket and connecting them to the LaundryCard reader, use the (2) C-0141 8-32 x 1-1/2" Socket Screws to secure the reader. Apply the C-0015 Label to the front of the LaundryCard reader around the card slot.

Use the C-0930 Mounting Bracket to mark out the center opening for the card reader and the lower set of holes to the left and right of the central opening. Ensure the positing leaves enough space for the reader's bezel to sit flat against the machine's panel and for the reader to be inserted into the machine and allow for the CAT5 cables to be connected.
Cut out the central opening and use a 9/64" Drill Bit to make a hole at each drill marks to the left and right of the central opening. Place the C-0930 Mounting Bracket on the inside of the machine's panel. Pass through and connect the CAT5 cables and machine start harness to the reader. Use the (2) C-0144 8-32 x 2" Flat Screw to attach the reader to the C-0930 Mounting Bracket. Apply C-0015 Label over the area around the card slot on the front of the LaundryCard reader.

Insert the reader harnesses through the hole in the C-6911 Metercase Bracket and then insert the bracket into the metercase opening.

Secure the C-6911 Metercase Bracket to the metercase using the C-0301 Mounting Bolt.

Locate the 120v power lines in the machine. These wires are usually black and white and are located just inside the back of the panel. Use a voltage tester to confirm the correct wiring.
Apply the C-5101 Spade Taps to both the black and white power wires and clamping them down with pliers.
Plug the brown wire of the C-5336 Power Adapter Harness to the white/neutral wire tap and the blue wire to the black/L1 wire tap.
Locate a green chassis ground screw and loosen to insert the green wire from the C-5336 Power Adapter Harness and retighten.
Connect the 3-pin connector from the C-5336 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.
Apply the C-1098 Velcro to the C-5602R1 Power Converter and secure inside the machine's panel.
Connect the 4-pin connector from the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the C-5602R1 Power Converter.
Route the 3-pin connector from the C-5500 Power Extension Harness through the open card slot on the machine control panel.
