IMPORTANT

The maximum wired (WCRD) machine limit is 320. Configuring a Wired LaundryCard machine number past 320 will cause WCRD to show the entire line as UNDEFINED.

The maximum wireless reader machine limit is 999.

Updating CCI.INI for All X-Changers

To allow selecting a machine number above 254 in the LaundryCard GUI, CCI.ini must be updated on all X-Changers..

  1. Open D:\CCI\Process_Initialization\CCI.iniOpen the CCI.ini file for every X-Changer for editing.in a text editor.

  2. In the [STATE_MACHINE] section add the following line MAX_MACHINE_ID=### where ### is any number between 255 and 320.

  3. Save the file and repeat this process for every X-Changer.

  4. The Machine Config screen will now show numbers up the value specified in CCI.ini.
