This document will guide the store owner through clearing all transaction data (sales/reports/etc) from a LaundryCard system without affecting card details. |

Step Guide
- Connect the USB keyboard and mouse to the computer.
- Insert a Manager card.
- Navigate to the Clear All Transactions screen.
- For v8 and

- Manager → Clear All Transactions
- For v9 and

- greater: Maintenance → Clear All Transactions
- A warning screen will appear. Press <Continue>.
- Wait for the LaundryCard applications to be shut down.
- A window will appear with two buttons. Press <Continue (delete records)>.
- Type the phrase "DELETE ALL TRANSACTIONS" (case sensitive) then press <OK>.
- Enter your name into the prompt then press <OK>.
- On the

- desktop (blue screen), open File Explorer

- (WINDOWS
button + E) and navigate to D:\CCI\Reports\Totals\. - Delete all .csv and .htm files within the Totals folder (do not delete the folder itself!).
