To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have CONFIGURE PRIZE PACKAGES selected under MARKETING in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
Owners have the ability to create Prize packages for their customers.
Select Marketing from the main menu.
Select Prize Packages
Select Add Prize Package to bring up the fields to complete the configuration.
Complete the following fields to configure the prize package. A chart with the field descriptions are below. When finished, click Save Prize.

| ID | Do not have to complete this field. Auto-generated number of each prize package entered |
| Title | The Name of the Prize Package you want to create |
| Description | Details about the prize package being created |
| Select File to Upload | Add a picture to accompany the prize package being created |
| Upload/Delete Image | Upload the image you want to accompany the prize package created or delete the image |
| Points Required | The number of points required for a customer to redeem the prize. |
| Status | The prize package is either active or not active |
| Quantity | The number of prizes awarded to the customer |
| Priority | Where this prize falls on the list of prizes configured |
