This page will guide the user through enrolling in and utilizing the Self Service Password Management service. |
The Self Service Password Management site provides a secure interface for managing remote access credentials. This service will enforce password complexity and expiration as well as provide operators with the ability to recover lost or forgotten passwords. Refer to the instructions below for enrollment and other instructions.
During Enrollment, you will be asked to provide information which it will identify you when you need to reset your password or account unlock.
The first time you sign in to the system you will be directed to an enrollment page. You must go through the steps to enroll which are provided below.
If any mandatory information is missing, you will see the user page. Fill in any mandatory missing information marked with the '*' symbol Click on 'Save' to update your personal information.
Please ensure a valid E-mail address is used. E-mail is used to send password expiration notifications when your password will need to be updated. |
