The CCI Insider Program is a customer beta community for laundromat owners who want early access to near-release improvements across CCI products. Insiders help us confirm new features work reliably in the field—and in return, participants receive a project-based reward and priority beta support.
Why We Built This
Laundromats are demanding environments with real-world variables that lab testing can’t fully replicate. Insider locations help us validate changes under real usage, so releases are smoother and more dependable for everyone.

What We Ask From You
Feedback is required (typically short email check-ins + 1–2 scheduled calls depending on the project)
Some betas are 100% remote (software/firmware updates)
Some betas may involve hardware installs; locations with install aptitude are preferred
For certain hardware projects, CCI may cover installation labor (defined per project)
