  1. Tap power as described in the Fascard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document using the C-5101 Spade Taps provided.

  2. Connect the C-5210 Power Adapter Harness to the installed spade taps. Connect the opposite end to the C-5602 Power Converter.

  3. Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

If installing C-6310 Combination Harness in a coin and card setup, perform the following steps:

  1. Disconnect the Coin Drop wires from terminal board C.

  2. Connect the three wires from the coin drop to the three circuit connector of the C-6310 Combination Harness and to the corresponding colored wires.

  1. Disconnect the remaining set of wires from terminal board C that run to the machine control boards. Connect the wires to the three circuit connector of the C-6310 Combination Harness with the Blue and Green wires and Black jumper wire.

    1. Connect the the blue and green wires to the matching colors and then connect the red wire to the black wire.

  2. Locate the door switch and disconnect the wires connected to the microswitch and connect them to the white wires with the male spade connectors.

  3. Connect the remaining set of white wires with the female spade connectors to the door switch.
