This guide describes how to soft reset a Dexter washer or dryer.

Tip
On newer machines, there is a crossbar with a removable fuse that will power off the machine without needing a 2nd person to flip a breaker.
Turn machine off
Hold down program button.
With program button held down, power on machine.
Keep button held down for 10 seconds
If program mode appears, use Cold button to exit.
