FasCard Wireless Readers Overview
The FasCard reader is the series of WiFi-enabled devices that connect various equipment to the FasCard system. FasCard readers provide an array of functions such as the ability to pay to start a washer or dryer using coin/cash, credit/debit, and/or an in-store loyalty card where applicable. These transactions can be set up in either simple, flat-rate pricing configurations, or in complex, multi-level pricing tiers where compatible. A FasCard reader can also serve as a means of making general purchases to an attached vending system.
Additionally, FasCard readers allow customers to add value to existing loyalty cards using credit/debit or EBT* where enabled and applicable.
*EBT cannot be used to start a machine nor make a vended purchase.
