The Active Alerts page is only accessible by users with Admin privileges or with System Maintenance privileges. It is used to view alerts that are currently in progress.
Managing Active Alerts
The Active Alerts section displays all scenarios triggered to send notification emails. Alerts become inactive when their trigger conditions are no longer met. Users may choose to 'Silence' an alert to stop email notifications from being sent.
COLUMNS | DESCRIPTIONS |

Description | Description of the active alert. |
Alert Started | Date and time that the alert started. |
Next Notification | Date and time of the next email notification to be sent. |
Sent | The number of email notification that have been sent since alert became active. |
Recipients | The email address of the users receiving this email alert. |
Silence | This checkbox will temporarily disable an active alarm to prevent excess notifications. |

This button allows user to configure/edit alerts.
