Coupon Program

The Coupon program is designed to allow users to configure preset coupon codes that when customer enter them on the X-Changers they are rewarded with the designated discount or bonus.  See customer functions guide for more information on how to apply a coupon.

Once you have entered the details of the program, click Save.  To clear the current program and add a new program click Add New Program button.

  • Program Name - Simple identifier, not used as coupon code.

  • Coupon Code - Enter the characters that customers will need to enter in order to redeem coupon.

  • Program Dates - The start and end date for when this coupon will be valid for redemption.

  • Dollar Bonus - Set a dollar amount to give customer a static bonus dollar amount when coupon code is entered.

  • Discount Percentage - Set percentage amount to give customer percentage discount on all machines started during program dates.

  • Code Required - Enable this to force customer to enter coupon to receive promotion.

  • Apply to Existing Cards - Enable this to allow cards dispensed prior to start date to be able to receive promotion.

  • Apply to New Cards - Enable this to allow cards dispensed after start date to be able to receive promotion.

  • Combine With Other Discount - Enable this to allow coupon reward to be applied on the top of regular card discount.



  • Only one coupon program can be active at a time

  • When a discount percent is awarded, it does not appear on the Card Details page.

  • If you do NOT put your card into the X-Changer after the purchase the 10% (or whatever discount) is not applied until you do. You must  put your card into the X-Changer for it to apply the discount, even if the box for must enter code is unchecked.
