Overview

In order to accept credit cards with LaundryCard, an Authorize.Net gateway account needs to be created. This account must be created by CCI regardless of your chosen merchant services provider.  Follow the steps below to ensure CCI has the required information to setup your account, your LaundryCard system will not be able to process credit cards until the application and ACH form are completed.

Important

  • Only Authorize.net accounts created by CCI may be used with LaundryCard

  • If you own multiple LaundryCard stores and would like to have credit card funds deposited into different bank accounts you must create a separate Authorize.Net account for each store

Fees

By submitting the application below, you agree to the following Authorize.Net fees:

One Time Setup Fee

$49

Hosting Fee

$15 per month

Transaction Fee

$.06 per transaction

Batch Fee

$.06 per day

All of the above fees are paid directly to Authorize.Net via ACH bank transfer.

Instructions

  1. Review Authorize.Net's Payment Gateway Merchant Service Agreement. 

  2. Download and complete the Card Concepts ACH Authorization Form. Scan and attach to your online application (see link below) or fax to 630-628-6505.

  3. Scan and attach an Authorize.Net VAR Worksheet to the online application (see link below) or fax to 630-628-6505. If using CCI's preferred Merchant Services Provider, this step is not necessary.

  4. Once you have obtained all of the above noted documentation, complete the online application by clicking the Apply Now button below.
