The purpose of this guide is to walk a user through the functionality of LaundryCard Live. LaundryCard Live is an online website that allows an Owner and any authorized employees to access any or all of their stores remotely as well as check a card balance, among other features, depending on what is permitted.
ACCESSING LAUNDRYCARD LIVE
Owners must contact CCI Tech Support (630) 930-5115 to set up an account to access LaundryCard Live.
CCI will assign a username and temporary password for owners/users to use when logging in to LaundryCard Live.
Before accessing LaundryCard Live, the owner/user will be instructed to reset their password and/or enroll by logging in to http://password.laundrycard.com/ with the username and temporary password provided.

LaundryCard Live is only available with the LaundryCard V9 version.
Store Owner Administrative Functions
Go to the website: https://live.laundrycard.com/login
Enter the Username and Password received from CCI Tech Support.
Click Log In.
Once logged in, the Owner/Admin will see the stores they have access to.
Single Store Owner
When logging in, a single store owner will already be "in" the store.)
Click the Manage button within the store to access the store's X-Changer.
The main menu of the store's X-Changer will appear.
Multi-Store Owner
If an Owner has more than one store, the entire list of stores will appear as soon as they are logged in.
The default display will be in chronological order by store ID number.
Double click the store you want to access.
The landing page of the individual store will appear.
Click Manage button to access the store's X-Changer menu.
The store's X-Changer main menu will appear.
Authorized User (Manager / Technician / Attendant / etc.)
Logging in to LaundryCard Live would follow the same process; however, depending on the permissions allowed by the store owner / high level management, certain menus / functions may be limited or not available.
In addition, a Unique Pin Number will also be required in part with accessing the Manage button from the main LaundryCard Live menu once logged in.
Card Balance Search
Enter a LaundryCard number on the LaundryCard Live home screen to view the balance. (Registration is not required to check a card balance.)
Select "Check Balance" and it will appear to the right of the screen.
Additional Terms/Features

Check Balance | Anyone can check their card balance by typing in their card number |
Remember Me | Checking this box allows the LaundryCard Live site to remember your login info and connects you directly to the home search page. |
Search | Type in any part of a store's name, address, store number, phone number to search. |
Manage | Click this button to access the main menu of the store's location. The menu that appears will be specific to your card's permissions. |
Search List Headers | Click on any header in the list (Store number, Store Name, Address) to re-order the list by the selected header. |
