Checking manufacturer warranty

  1. Go to the Dell Support Page and enter the Service Tag or Express Service Code found on the back or side of your Dell computer.

  2. If the warranty has been confirmed, call Dell's Warranty Support line: (866) 461-3355 for further assistance with your present issue(s).

Call a local computer repair facility or upgrade to the latest hardware available.
