Accessing Manager's Options Through LaundryCard Live

This page provides brief insight on how to access Manager's Options through LaundryCard Live.
The Manage Button
Accessing Manager's Options through LaundryCard Live is available for store owners, administrators, and authorized personnel with login credentials.
Employee Custom Permissions
Authorized personnel custom permissions selected by the store owner or management may see a dramatically different Manager's Options screen upon access. Go to https://live.laundrycard.com/login to access the LaundryCard Live website.
If not already, feel free to bookmark the login page itself, as this would be your access point to all things LaundryCard Live.Log in to your account with your CCI-provided Username and self-updated Password.
Click or Tap the Manage button icon on the bottom-left of the store page.
In some instances, a PIN Number may be required to continue.
System Dashboard and LaundryCard SYNC Homepages
For users with an Advanced LaundryCard Live (ALCL) Subscription, the first page visible upon logging in would be either the System Dashboard by default, or the list of multiple store locations available to choose from if LaundryCard SYNC is active.
Simply select the Manage button icon on the bottom-left of the Store Dashboard, or if using LaundryCard SYNC, select the chosen store first, then select the Manage button.
