  1. Remove existing coin box and coin drop.

  2. Insert the C-0925A Mounting Bracket into the Coin Vault. Orient the Mounting Bracket so that the threaded studs face outward.

  3. Attach the C-0133 Standoffs to the threaded studs on the Mounting Bracket.

  4. Place C-0925B Mounting Bracket Cover over the Coin Vault so that the opening for the screws line up with the Standoffs.

  5. Once the Machine Start Harness and the Ethernet Cables are ran through the rectangular opening in the brackets, secure the brackets in place by inserting the reader and attaching with C-0141 Screws.

  6. Insert C-0926 Drop Cover into the coin drop opening. Secure in place using C-1044N Kep Nuts.

  7. Apply C-0032 Coin Drop Label to the front of the Drop Cover.

  1. CCI Ready Machines will already have the proper mounting and will only need to be secured to the machine using the C-0141 Screws.

  1. Connect the C-0118 Machine Start Harness to the connector on the Machine Control Assembly.

  1. Connect the C-0118R1 Machine Start Harness to the connector on the Machine Control Assembly.

Connect and Mount Reader

 

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through mounting bracket.

  2. Connect the free end of the Machine Start Harness to port 2 (Pulse Connection Port) as shown in the image above.

  3. Connect the the Cat5 cables running to and from the adjacent machines to ports labeled 3 (Line Connection Ports) as shown in the image above.

  4. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the bracket using included hardware.
