Overview

The LaundryCard system uses Verifone PCCharge Payment Server v5.9.3 for credit card processing. The following requirements must be met to accept credit cards on a LaundryCard system.

IMPORTANT

  • Only stores running the latest LaundryCard software are eligible for new credit card setups or existing merchant changes.
  • If accepting credit cards on a separate Point of Sale system other than the X-Changers, a second terminal id is required.
  • There is a $250 charge for all merchant service transfers, regardless of terminal amount per store.
  • Certain credit card merchants that ask to upgrade the PC-Charge Software to Version 5.10 will not work. It requires a SSL Certificate that Laundry Card does not support. Currently 5.9.3 (PC-Charge) will only work with Laundry Card. Your options you can upgrade to Version 8 or go with upgrading your credit card processor to PPI which they have less restrictions.
  • With Version 8 PC-Charge is no longer used. Credit Cards will need to be setup in a Auth.net account that Card Concepts will be able to assist you on.

  • Configured for TCP/IP processing
  • Configured to allow duplicate transactions
  • Configured for one of the following platforms/networks:
    • Chase Paymentech
    • Elavon
    • Fifth Third St Pete
    • First Data Atlanta / Buypass
    • Global Payments East
    • National Bankcard Services
  • VAR sheet provided with information below
