Overview
Occasionally, there may be a need to reset a card reader or all of the card readers within the location. Follow the instructions below on how to perform this function.

How to reset a card reader
To access this function, your specific Card ID (the 12-digit number on the back of your card) must have Reset Card Readers selected under MAINTENANCE in permission settings. Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.

- Insert your card.
- Select Maintenance from the main menu.
- Select Reset Card Readers.
- Select either X-Changer A or B.
- When prompted, select OK to continue.
- The Card Readers will reset as shown below.
