To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have WORK SCHEDULE selected under SCHEDULING in permission settings .  Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.  See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

The work schedule can be viewed by selecting Scheduling from the main menu and then Employee Work Schedule.  The current and future work schedule as set by the Manager is displayed.  To schedule an employee, follow the instructions below.

Insert your card.

Select Scheduling from the main menu.

Select Employee Work Schedule.

Select the date to add an employee's work schedule.

Select the employee from the drop down menu, start and end time.  Click "Add".

The employee's time has been added and you can edit or delete as needed.

To edit or delete the time, simply click on the date.
